Client authorizes Coastal Gauge Repair (CGR) technician(s) to perform repair work on their electronic device(s) once they are delivered to CGR. Client understands that CGR technicians are trained and poses the skills and tools to perform work on electronic devices yet CGR is not an authorized service dealer of any registered trademark manufacturer. Furthermore, client agrees to release, indemnify, and holds CGR from any liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any repair work performed on my electronic device.
Due to nature of this repair service and the age of the units, CGR offers repairs and restoration to, in part or in full, CGR is not responsible of units not being restorable or repairable. The client is fully aware that some devices are not repairable due to several factors some of which but not limited to, may be age of the product, corrosion, water damage, no parts availability and/or incompetent previous repair attempts to the unit intended for repair etc.
Client understands that CGR is not responsible for any data loss, which may occur as a result of work done on my electronic device. I also understand that the client has the option to, and Iis responsible for backing up the device before allowing any repair to be performed on my device in the event of any data loss and hardware or software failure if applicable.
Client understands that repairs or technical support performed by CGR may void manufacturer warranties. CGR and its affiliates do not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer's warranty is voided.
Client understands payment in full is due before the device(s) being repaired is returned.
Client understands , devices left for more than 60 Days are considered abandoned and will no longer be the responsibility of CGR. These devices will be sent out to be recycled and cannot be recovered after the 60 days.
